We decided to finally replace our blacktop driveway this year. We had the old driveway dug up and were waiting to have it ppaved when we realized that we probably should have our front concrete walkway replaced as well. I decided to give Solid Ground a call and see if there was any chance they would even be willing to do a small job like mine. I spoke with Wendy and she was so nice and said that they could squeeze us in in-between jobs right away. Tony stopped by a day later and gave me a fantastic price. A few days later him and his professional crew did an amazing job on replacing my walkway. I highly recommend Solid Ground Concrete and will tell anyone that I hear is looking to have work dome about them. My dog loves laying on it also!!

I called Solid Ground at the end of last summer to replace our 50+ year old driveway. They came and did an excellent job of pouring and leveling the new concrete. Unfortunately we noticed after a couple months that it started to crack and crumble due to a defective batch from the supplier. I called again and Tony wanted to correct it for us. He came and took pictures and as soon as the weather was acceptable, they came to dig up the driveway and poured a new one. Again taking their time to perfect their craft. I would absolutely point someone in need of concrete work towards Solid Ground.
Tony & Wendy are great to work with very flexible when I made some changes ,Tony & his crew were very knowledgeable very prompt as well as very clean would never know they were even there . I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great experience with a concrete company.
Tony and Wendy are wonderful to work with! We had an in-ground pool installed and didn’t want the pool company to do the concrete. They both came over and helped to design a layout and it looks amazing! They also replaced our pad. My backyard is a resort! Thank you Solid Concrete!

Excellent work and responded to my texts and calls very quickly. SG stoned, poured, cut and sealed my 40x64 barn in 3 days. Price was right where I was expecting, Highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. Update: nearly been a year and no cracks or issues with the concrete
I would happily work with them again! I had a new front walkway and back patio done with colored concrete, exposed aggregate, and stamped concrete. They were very professional, knowledgeable, had excellent communication, and were always on time. The construction crew was very respectful of my property and didn't damage a single flower. I asked if we could work around my sister's wedding and when I would have relatives staying with me. They were able to accommodate me and get the job done well in advance. Every interaction with them was great and I've already recommended them to my friends.

Most people when they want to put in a pool, look to hire the pool company first. I, however, looked to hire the concrete subcontractor first. We were putting in a significant amount of concrete decking (between 1,500-2,000 sq. ft.) around our pool, as well as doing a cantilevered concrete edge, so in our mind the concrete was just as important. I spoke to Wendy, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront on pricing. When it came time to do the concrete, we were scheduled that week.Tony and his crew started early in the morning, which for someone with young kids and who works early, it was very convenient for me. Overall, our entire project was completed in 3 days. We could not be happier with the completed project, and our dealings with Wendy and Tony. People consistently compliment the quality and the design of our patio, and we strongly recommend Solid Ground to anyone looking.

Solid Ground just installed a custom 30x38 back patio for us. I could not be happier with the work they did and the personnel that performed it. The owners Tony and Wendy were great from the time I called until they finished sealing the patio this morning. They took my info, stayed in contact and Tony came to do an estimate and discuss a vision for the patio within 10 days (record speed this time of year). SG came out and demoed the old paver patio, landscaping, graded the area, formed the patio, placed stone base, installed rebar and mesh in one day and poured and finished the second day. We ran into a dilemma with an old main drainage out the back yard from the original farm house and a stepped down rear basement walk out farm door below grade. Tony and his crew were able to create a customer step down and lower patio level in the area and install a drainage system away from the basement. The employees SG uses were all professional, courteous, and pleasant to have on our property. When they finished this morning they cleaned up everything and even wrapped our hose back up! If all that wasn't enough, they are one of the only companies to even call back and their estimate was fair and exactly around where I figured and planned for.

I had an aggregated stone patio installed by SGC. It is one year later and my patio looks beautiful. The owner made special trips to my home to address my concerns. My home was built in 1950 and had an old deck. When the owner came out to access the job, we had no idea what was under the deck. He had to deal with old iron pipes sticking out and an old concrete patio that was covered under the deck. He bulldozed the old concrete patio, addressed a recessed basement window hidden under the deck, and addressed my request for more concrete where a hot tub would be placed. He and his wife wife helped me from start to finish. I even added a front porch pad for my front door. Everything came out wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased. I spend a lot of time on my new patio and it flows perfectly with the character of my 1950 brick colonial. My transaction with SGC was perfect. No, I'm not a relative or even a friend. I wanted to spend my money where I live and I am glad I did.

Tony and his crew did a great job with our back patio and sidewalk from the driveway to the side door. They removed our existing deck. We are happy to with our new concrete patio. Tony and Wendy are great with communication. They replied our questions via text pretty well! Highly recommended!
